- knowingly provide false or misleading account information.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to an account if these Terms, applicable law, security rules, or community standards are violated.
## 3. Fitness / Health Disclaimer
The App relates to workouts, exercise, physical activity, step counts, and challenges. You understand and agree that:
- the App is not a medical service;
- information in the App is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- you are solely responsible for deciding whether a workout, challenge, or activity is appropriate for you;
- you should consult a qualified physician before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions, physical limitations, or concerns;
- you use the App's workout and fitness features at your own risk.
We do not guarantee any fitness, health, or athletic results and are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or other consequences arising from your participation in workouts, challenges, or the use of activity-related features.
## 4. Steps, Challenges, and Results
The App may track steps, training days, sets, reps, activity, and challenge progress. You agree that:
- app data may depend on your device, platform APIs, permissions, and third-party health services;
- sync delays, calculation errors, corrections, or technical limitations may occur;
- we may correct, recalculate, revoke, or adjust challenge credit, progress, or points in cases of error, abuse, fraud, cheating, technical malfunction, or rule violations.
## 5. Internal Points, Bonuses, and Store Orders
The App may use internal points, bonuses, and an internal store flow. You agree that:
- internal points are for in-app/service use only;
- points, bonuses, rewards, and gifts are not cash, stored value, bank deposits, securities, or electronic money;
- unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, points are not redeemable for cash;
- bonus campaigns, reward rules, accrual logic, and expiration conditions may be changed, limited, paused, or ended;
- internal store orders may require review, processing, or confirmation;
- an order status may be marked as `pending`, `completed`, `rejected`, or a similar internal status;
- the availability of any item, reward, or order fulfillment is not guaranteed until finally confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to cancel, deny, limit, revise, or reverse points, bonuses, rewards, and orders in cases of technical error, abuse, fraud, rule violations, mistaken issuance, or other reasonable operational or security grounds.
## 6. User Content
The App may allow users to publish:
- posts;
- comments and replies;
- images and other content;
- public profile elements;
- social interactions and engagement data.
You retain rights in your content to the extent provided by law. However, by posting content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, improve, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to post the content you submit.
## 7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- violate laws or third-party rights;
- post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, fraudulent, pornographic, harmful, or infringing content;
- harass, spam, stalk, impersonate, or mislead other users;
- attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its backend, or other user accounts;
- use bots, scripts, automation, cheating methods, fake activity, or falsified steps/results/progress;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service;
- misuse other users' data or content outside the permitted scope of the Service.
## 8. Moderation and Enforcement
We may, in our sole discretion:
- remove or restrict content;
- hide, block, suspend, anonymize, or terminate accounts;
- restrict social features, bonuses, points, rewards, or access to certain functions;
- take any other reasonable enforcement action needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
We are not required to provide prior notice in every case unless required by law.
## 9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our `Privacy Policy`, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.
## 10. Third-Party Services and Platforms

- modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App;
- change features, workflows, challenge logic, rewards, internal store flows, design, or content;
- issue updates, patches, fixes, or technical limitations.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
## 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided `as is` and `as available`. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- the App will always function without interruption or defects;
- calculations, step counts, notifications, challenge progress, or workout metrics will always be accurate;
- any content, feature, reward, bonus, order, or internal store item will always remain available.
## 13. Limitation of Liability

- indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages;
- loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected benefits;

- failures of devices, third-party services, app stores, operating systems, health APIs, or notification infrastructure.
If the law does not allow a full limitation of liability, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
